KROMA orders are fulfilled by our US production 
partner and ship from facilities across the 
United States. Fulfillment location may vary 
based on product availability and production 
capacity.

Processing time: 2-5 business days.
Delivery time: 3-5 business days after fulfillment.
Total estimated time: 5-10 business days.

Free shipping on all US domestic orders.
We currently ship to the United States only.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a 
tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours 
for tracking to update.

Orders are print-on-demand — each piece is made 
specifically for you when you order. This means 
no returns due to change of mind, but we've got 
you covered if there's a print or quality issue.
