Refund policy

KROMA stands behind every product we make. 
Since each piece is print-on-demand and made 
specifically for you, we do not accept returns 
or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect 
size selection.

However, if your order arrives with a print 
defect, damage, or manufacturing error, we will 
make it right — no questions asked.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:
- Defective print or embroidery
- Damaged item upon arrival
- Wrong item received
- Significant color difference from product photos

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Minor color variations due to screen settings

TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:
Email us at hola@kromaofficial.com within 
14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem

We will respond within 2 business days and 
resolve your issue with a replacement or 
full refund.

Note: Our hoodies run small. We recommend 
ordering one size up for a relaxed fit.
